Jay Springer has over 25 years of experience managing balanced portfolios for high net worth clients and equity common trust funds. Prior to joining Evercore Wealth Management, Jay was a Managing Director of US Trust, which he joined in 1983.
During Jay's tenure at U.S. Trust, he was responsible for managing individual client portfolios and supervising all client facing portfolio managers. Additionally, Jay managed the firm's New York wealth management group.
Jay earned his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston University in 1981 and M.B.A. from New York University Graduate School of business in 1983. Jay is a member of the New York State Bankers Association Trust Investment Committee and is a former director of the Bank Fiduciary Fund.
